Product care
A care card (care label sewn on linen products) is included with each product.

If the card is lost - care methods and tips:

Bathrobes, nightgowns, and suits made of synthetic silk - if you want the clothes to stay as new for a longer period, do not keep them unwashed for a long time. The products can be washed both by hand and in a washing machine (recommended at 40 ° C). Compare the average temperature.

Linen products - linen fiber tends to shrink, but for this, it is not at all necessary for washing temperatures and programs, mechanical drying is not recommended. Iron on top temperature (use steam or water if necessary).

Underwear (lace) - hand wash to keep the fabric looking the same. Ironing is not recommended.

Before purchasing the product, we recommend that you check your dimensions with our measurements table (CM).

Note that the standard measurements is designed for a woman up to 165-170cm.
If you are taller - it is NECESSARY to indicate the height in the note section or write a personal message so that the product suits you as best as possible.

If your measurements differ from the standard ones - write a personal message! In that case product is made according to individual measurements (without additional taxes). *

* Additional fee if the product is not improved according to the dimensions, but according to the customer's wishes (eg added lace, extended skirt length, additional decoration).
Returns
According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, product return is not possible:

corsets, underwear and sleepwear;

products made to the customer's personal measurements;
-
for custom-made items.

If it happens that the purchased product is of poor quality - please contact us as soon as possible. by email or facebook / instagram message.
Order deadline
The order, after payment, is made within 3 - 7 working days. If the order term is extended - we inform you by e-mail or telephone about the change.
Shipping
Shipping in Lithuania:
Standard - by parcel terminal (LT "Paštomatas") or post office within 3-4 working days.
Express - courier 2 working days.

Shipping abroad:
EU - by regular tracked mail within 7-10 working days.
Other countries - by regular tracked mail 15-20 working days.

You are responsible for all international import, customs or other taxes calculated in the recipient's country. Such fees may need to be paid in order for your pending order to be cleared through customs and handed over to you. Due to third party rules or other nuances, we are not responsible for delays or other shipping costs.

Due to the current situation of COVID-19 in Lithuania and in the world, shipments may take longer due to restrictions on working conditions.
